Katariina Yoga, Health and Wellbeing is about me and how I wish to make the world a better place with yoga, healthy nutrition and general wellbeing. I have been practising yoga since 2007, and am qualified yoga teacher since 2012. I offer yoga classes at a studio in Bascule, and in and around Brussels for everyone, of all ages, including prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, yoga for Moms&Babies, yoga in

offices and homes. I also offer and facilitate workshops on yoga, health and wellbeing (homes, working life). Having gone through a severe burnout during busy working years as a mother to 2 young boys, I survived and in addition, came into better health than ever before. I am passionate about health&nutrition and have studied and experimented it extensively.

"Rest does not come with sleeping, it comes with waking. This is both an insight and an action of enlightenment. When we are enlightened we realise that real rest is possible only when we become free of illusion and we no longer struggle against life. Illusion is the idea that people should be, and do, what we want them to. The truth is, all is as it should be, despite appearances, or our perceptions of others to the contrary. This means you can be easy on yourself, easy with others and easy with the world around you. Easiness is a virtue, an attractive one at that. It is much more influential than force. So quit forcing, end the struggling and… relax!"
