Mentally here.🌊
Even just the sound of it is music to my soul.

There's actually a name for this feeling. Blue Mind — the science behind why being near water makes us calmer, more present, more ourselves. A real neurological response: lower cortisol, a quieter nervous system, something close to a meditative state.

For me it's always been the ocean. The scale of it. The sound of it. I breathe differently here.
But I know for some it's mountains. For others a forest, a lake, a river.
We all have a place where we return to what feels natural.

Bamboo clothing sounds sustainable. It isn't. 🌿
The plant itself? Remarkable. Fast-growing, minimal water, no pesticides. But turning bamboo into soft fabric requires an intensive chemical process — one that strips away everything natural and leaves you with something closer to a synthetic than a plant.

Most bamboo fabric is technically rayon. The original plant is barely recognisable by the time it becomes your leggings.

We choose h**p as our primary fibre alongside organic cotton because the fibre-to-fabric journey is honest and what ends up touching your skin actually is what it says it is.

Organic cotton is extractive. It depletes the soil and gives nothing back. Farmers have historically planted h**p after it ... just to restore what cotton took out.

Let that land for a second.

The "sustainable" fabric the industry built its marketing around requires another crop to come in and clean up its mess. And that crop? It's h**p.

So why is the whole industry still leading with organic cotton?
Because it's easier to market. Consumers recognise it. It sounds good. And for a lot of brands, that's enough. But it's not enough for us.

We use organic cotton at ZONE... but it's not our hero. H**p is. The plant that restores instead of depletes. That grows without pesticides, without excessive water, without compromise.

We didn't build ZONE around what was easy to sell.
We're not loud, but we speak truth.
