Well, I've been waiting to do this for a while now, as it was just recently 1 year since I had my last drink of alcohol, and made the best decision of my life to seek help for my mental health and substance abuse problems.
Through spirituality, meditation, exercise, healthy living, self-help content, and support from the sober community, I feel like a brand new and improved version of myself that I only wished of being before! So, I would just like to show some of my progress here to inspire others to see what kinds of major changes that are possible for us all to make in our lives 😁💪
As you can see from my transformation pictures, the difference is pretty incredible, and it's hard to imagine how I didn't really notice how bad and unhealthy I looked... and now looking back and comparing the pictures, it just makes me feel so proud of myself to have come this far. I actually had planned to make a lot more progress physically, and had so many big ideas of things I wanted to accomplish by this point, however I now understand the meaning of realistic gains and sustainable growth 😅
It hasn't been only the health aspect, but I have been so much more creative and motivated, and just received my official certification to instruct meditation ahead of a small sort of trial course that I am giving for a group I am hosting. It starts next Monday 20.11, if you would like to join in person or remotely via Teams. Just check the info in the flyer and drop me a message :-)
