✅A great thing about using the for resisted sprint work is it allows for typically "upright" sprint drills such as bounds, skips, and marches to be performed in an "acceleration lean."

👉With this piece of equipment, the resistance can be controlled and remains constant throughout drill (unlike parachutes). This allows the athlete to maintain lower angles for longer, allowing for more steps/repetitions performed in the desired position.👍The resistance provided by he device gives the athlete a feeling of safety to lean forward, allows for more horizontal force application and can slow movements down to allow for focus on technique and execution.⁣

Reçu ce jour, la machine qui va m’aider à reconquérir les sommets ! 😍
Avec , nous sommes heureux de vous présenter ce petit bijou qui permet de travailler tout autant en concentrique qu’en excentrique (vulgairement cela permet de travailler autant en accélérant une charge, qu’en la freinant).
Après mon opération, cela permettra de ne pas solliciter mon dos avec des charges trop importantes en squats.
Nous avions déjà la machine à ischio-jambiers, nous voilà équipés pour les quadriceps et bien d’autres muscles !
Merci à Per Tesch, concepteur de ces machines « Yoyo », qui étaient à la base conçues pour… la 😅😃
