I’m Emilia, a vibrational healer and guide on the journey of self-discovery and empowerment. My path began in Costa Rica, and has taken me to the United States, Cusco Peru, Somerset England, Yucatan Mexico, and now Finland, where I’ve lived since 2019. Along the way, I’ve been called to explore what it truly means to be human—and how energy moves through us on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Through my own search for the “True Self,” I discovered my ability to hold space for others as they reconnect with their own essence. In my client sessions, I create a sacred, grounded container where the expression of body-stored information, sound and crystal grids help activate the energetic field and support deep transformation at all levels. Every session is a complete and unique experience—an opportunity to expand, to remember your inner power, and to realign with the truth of who you are. In my weekly Crystal Sounds classes, we begin with gentle reflection on life’s questions and challenges before moving into immersive sound baths. The intention is to spark curiosity: to help you better understand what you carry within, and how those inner energies shape your experience of the world. This work is about more than healing—it's about awakening. When you take full responsibility for the energies within you, you ripple change into the consciousness of humanity and the Earth itself. Awareness, joy, and strong community have always been central to my life. One of my deepest joys has been helping to cultivate spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported as they grow.
