In these gatherings, we’ll use tools such as crystals, visualizations, and other modalities to experience the reliable voice of inner wisdom, love and calm within us.

This guiding source is also an expression of the person we most truly are and have a deep longing to grow into, and this shows up differently for each of us.

This voice waits to be invited. You have to make the first move to connect with it, mainly in moments of stillness so that you can discern and hear her voice.

So, sitting quietly with a crystal, moving to music, writing, etc., are ways to listen, watch, and sense as the answers flow through….

During our gatherings,
• We will talk about how to recognize when you’re hearing that voice, and when you are hearing something else.
• ⁠You will deepen your relationship with your inner voice
• ⁠understand more what it is showing you about your authentic self
• ⁠You’ll draw on it as a compass and a source of grounding more and more.

Welcome to a community New Year’s Celebration with cacao ceremony, yoga, Ecstatic Dance, Pop-Up Kirppis & Community Potluck Party!

Saturday, January 4, klo 15:00 at yogaROCKS, Saksalankatu 26.

We’ll start by setting new year’s intentions at a gorgeous Cacao Ceremony. The cacao ritual will help connect you with your heart using a gentle shift of focus and the power of intention.

This will lead into easy guided yoga combining breath, meditation, movement and mindfulness. From there, we’ll continue to build energy as we shift into free or “ecstatic” dance. You can completely allow your body to drop in to the rhythm of the music and dance like nobody is watching (because nobody is!).

Please prepare a dish to share and get your ikea bags of pre-loved clothes ready! At 17:00 we’ll eat a shared potluck meal and mingle, shopping and swapping at the Pop-Up Kirppis in the air studio! Everyone who attends the event has the option to bring pre-loved clothing to trade, sell or give away.
