Would you for once just like to… just be?
To breathe.
To watch the sea.
To feel the sun and the wind on your skin.
To practice yoga without pressure.
Without rushing.
To enjoy simple things:
coffee,
fresh fruit,
a nourishing meal,
good conversations,
silence,
nature.
And maybe, in that space, reflect on questions like:
Why do we practice?
What is the self?
How can we find peace and contentment in everyday life?
Sometimes, when we slow down and simply allow ourselves to be, something quietly begins to shift.
This is my invitation to join the summer retreat at Kadermo Conscious Living in Hanko, Finland, June 21–26.
A few days to step away from everyday noise and reconnect with yourself through practice, nature, silence, and community.
