Saunamme arjen taustalla toimii joukko omistautuneita tekijöitä, jotka huolehtivat tunnelmasta ja toimivuudesta vuoden jokaisena päivänä.

Alkaneen talviuintikauden myötä suositut saunomisajat ovat entistäkin vilkkaampia! Alla vinkit tulevaan saunakokemukseen:

•Nettisivujemme yläbannerista näet reaaliaikaisen saunan ruuhkatilanteen, seuraamalla sitä osaat varautua mahdolliseen jonotukseen.
•Saunomisaika on 2h, joten vaihtuvuus saunojien välillä on jatkuvaa. Merkintää ”sauna täynnä” ei kannata siis pelästyä.
•Saunan lounge pitää sinusta huolta mahdollisen jonotuksen sattuessa tarjoten niin kylmät kuin kuumat juomat!

With the winter swimming season starting, the most popular sauna times are now even busier! Here are a few tips for your upcoming sauna visit:

• You can check the real-time sauna occupancy in the top banner of our website. Following it helps you prepare for a possible queue.
• The sauna session lasts 2 hours, so there is constant turnover. Don’t be alarmed if you see the note “sauna full.”
• Our sauna lounge will take good care of you in case you need to wait, offering both cold and hot drinks!

Tässä pieni muistilista ensimmäisille kylmille pulahduksille:

• Keskity rauhalliseen hengitykseen
• Kasvata kylmäaltistusta vähitellen
• Valitse oikeat varusteet (pipo, neopreenihanskat ja -sukat - saatavilla saunalta)
• Siirry lämpimään saunaan uinnin jälkeen
