🔸 Do your relationships need a spring cleaning?
Sometimes, a reset is exactly what we need.
The idea isn’t to “remove people,” but to bring clarity to what supports you, what drains your energy — and what you want to do about it.
👣 Five steps toward gentle change:
🔥 Step 1: Warm-up – where are you right now?
Before making any lists, pause and think for a moment:
🔸 In whose company do I feel most like myself?
🔸 In which relationships do I often feel tired, guarded, or like I’m playing a role?
🔸 With whom does the connection feel light — and with whom does it feel heavy?
👉 Goal: notice without judgment
🔥 Step 2: The exercise
✨ 3 relationships I want to nurture
Write down the names and reflect:
🔹 What do I value in this relationship?
🔹 When was the last time I intentionally invested in it?
🔹 What is one small action I could take to strengthen it?
👉 For example: a message, a meet-up, expressing appreciation

3 relationships I want to re-evaluate:
This doesn’t mean cutting anyone off — it’s about honest reflection:
◆ How does this relationship usually make me feel?
◆ Is there mutuality here?
◆ Do I express my needs in this relationship?
👉 Then the key question:
Does this relationship need:
◆ clearer boundaries?
◆ more distance?
◆ an honest conversation?
🔥 Step 3: Boundaries
◆ This is what makes the idea powerful 👍🏻
Choose 1–2 concrete boundaries to experiment with:
“I don’t respond to messages immediately when I’m tired”
“I say it directly if something doesn’t feel right”
“I limit the time I spend in this dynamic”
👉 Boundaries are not a punishment for others — they are protection for you
🔥 Step 4: Letting go (gently)
If you notice a relationship that no longer works:
👉 Can I allow this to fade naturally?
👉 Is a conversation needed, or is a shift in my own behavior enough?
👉 What did I learn from this relationship?
👉 This is what makes the exercise mature rather than impulsive
🔥 Step 5: Integration – make it real
At the end, choose:
1 relationship to nurture this week
1 boundary to practice
1 thing you decide to let go of (at least mentally)
