Finland KDS and Abo KDS successfully organized an all-grades course in Turku 7-9 February.

🥋 30 participants trained under the excellent guidance of Yannick Jestin and Giles Murray.
😊 Happy faces and sore (leg) muscles were proof of the hard work and great spirit throughout the event! 💪

Just nu deltar flera medlemmar från vår förening på Summer School i Canterbury, England.

Detta är ett årligen återkommande, internationellt läger med utmanande träning med 3 pass/dag under en veckas tid under ledning av mycket erfarna instruktörer. Varvat med social samvaro, god mat och fin gemenskap.

I år deltar 110 kampsportare 🥋

Last weekend, annual Estonian Summer Camp was held in Võsu under the leadership of the Tallinn club members, Erkki, Taivo and Teedu. Mikeal from Abo KDS was present there with Hessu and Anders from Finland. Huge thanks to the organizers and we hope to meet all again in next course soon! 🥋

Some clips from last weekend's BB course in Tallinn. During the course, both Bassai Dai and Jitte were reviewed and applied. The techniques from these katas were used in Jiu Ippon Kumite, it was very important to search for the right body condition and different timings in order to make them work. And a big thank you to Teet for leading and hosting the course.
