Recently, during Easter, we gathered for a beautiful six-day Thai yoga massage course at Hub Feenix here in Finland.
We shared the space with an international group — participants of Finnish, German, French, Spanish, Iran, and Costa Rican nationalities.
Each brought their own presence and background, creating a rich, supportive and truly alive learning environment. Some had years of experience in bodywork, while for others this was their first touch with the practice.
Our mornings began with Mindful Morning sessions — practicing stillness, mantra chanting, conscious movement and meditation.
These moments allowed us to land, to listen more deeply, and to connect with ourselves before entering the practice.
The days and afternoons were dedicated to hands-on work — refining touch, exploring techniques, and learning through direct experience.
Students also had the opportunity to practice with real clients, bringing depth, confidence, and integration into the learning process.
The course unfolded in a natural and grounded way — steady, open, and connected.
I received a lot from these days myself: inspiration, clarity, and a deep appreciation for sharing this work.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined.
And special thanks to Christoph — it was a true pleasure to co-create and hold this space together. His strong professionalism and deep expertise brought great value to all of us.
