She has been part of our team a bit over a year now and her main responsibilities consist of managing the sales and delivery processes as well as lead generation and relationship building, primarily in the DACH region serving the German speaking market.

This is Konsta, our Customer Relations Specialist!

He has been at Stafix just over 2 years and his main responsibilities are in sales — from planning and launching outreach campaigns to handling customer orders and invoicing. He also coordinates internal projects like their internship program, which he plans and supports throughout the interns’ stay.

Three interesting facts about Konsta:

1. He went skydiving for his 18th birthday.
2. He is Finnish, but he has studied in English his whole life — even kindergarten was in English!
3. He loves all sports, but hiking is his favorite hobby. His dream would be to complete the Annapurna Circuit it Nepal.

Meet Elouïse and Jules!

Here are our happy interns from France. They came to Finland to get acquinted with a new culture and to learn more about the printing industry to B2B customers. They are both studying international trade and will major in business, marketing, sales, logistics and transport.

How has Finland and Stafix treated them? Very well, they say! The Stafix crew has been really nice and fun to work with. Information sharing has been top-notch according to Elouïse and Jules. Also Finland and Jyväskylä get their appraices from them.

Why a Gorilla? Here’s the Story 🦍

Ever wondered why Stafix has a gorilla as its mascot? We’re in the printing industry — not the jungle!

So, here’s the deal:

When we first started, we had no name, no finished product — just some demo samples and an idea. We needed to get noticed at a big printing trade fair, but hiring models (like everyone else) felt… meh.

Instead, we thought: What’s the total opposite?

Boom — furry gorilla! 💥🦍

Plot twist: Every gorilla suit in Finland was SOLD OUT. It turns out that F1 legend Kimi Räikkönen had worn one to a yacht party, and suddenly, Finnish fans were going bananas for them. 🍌

After a wild hunt, we found the last gorilla suit in the country. Our furry friend hit the trade fair, handing out stickers, making people laugh — and stealing the show. Later, some people said they didn’t remember our company name, but they sure remembered the gorilla.

And that’s how our mascot was born. Now, gorilla is part of our brand, reminding us (and you) to always stand out!
