Women encounter post dates or we know it as overdue, we tend to stress about medical intervention called induction. Not only for overdue but also other underlying prior complications as diabetes, hypertension, early rupture of membrane. The plan is usually delivery as soon.

Have a little carry bag when you come into Labour.
List to pack in:
-face towel (good size)
-waterbottle and energy snacks
-change for you at least 2 extra sulu
-pad
-two diapers for baby
-extra wrap
