Our amazing team at APCO got together to celebrate the vibrant festival of Holi! From splashes of colour to laughter echoing across the office, it was a day full of joy, togetherness, and festive fun.

Everyone joined in the celebrations, sharing smiles, playful moments, and of course, plenty of colours! It was a perfect way to strengthen our team spirit and make wonderful memories.

A Decade of Growth and Dedication at APCO

Anwash Ashil Narayan joined APCO Coatings on February 15, 2016, where he began his journey as a packing operator. Over these years, he has steadily risen within the company while working across despatch, the QC lab, and now the tinting lab operations. Today, Anwash serves as a tinting operator, where he is able to utilise his valuable experience from every stage of the production process.

“APCO has really helped me grow. It has given me a stable workplace and a wonderful opportunity to deepen my understanding of manufacturing, processing and even very technical elements like colours. I’ve also completed courses in OHS and served as a Fire Warden. APCO has always treated me like family, and I try to do the same. I look forward to many more years with the company.”

Anwash’s journey reflects the precision and consistency that go into every tin of APCO paint. Just as the right tint requires accuracy and care from so many contributors, his commitment across departments has helped strengthen the foundation of our operations.

As we celebrate 10 years with Anwash, we thank him for his reliable and consistent contributions in so many roles in so many ways. His willingness to learn, and the pride he brings to his role each day are inspiring to us all.
