It’s International Day of Yoga tomorrow (Friday 21 June) so come along to class 9-10am at Essence of Fiji. Any monetary donations will go towards food for St Vincent de Paul society to feed the homeless here in Nadi (which they do twice a week).
We will be doing asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation.

Mondays GENERAL 8:30-9:45am

Wednesdays INTERMEDIATE 8:30-9:45am

Thursdays GENTLE 8:30-9:30

Classes are $20, at Essence of Fiji on the Back rd in Nadi.

THURSDAYS 8:45-9:45am
Gentle class

Strengthen, stretch, find more comfort in your body. All classes include some pranayama and/or meditation.

$20 per class
Mats are available but please bring your own if you have one.
Blocks, straps and blankets all in the studio.
