Happy New year to all.
This is the time to make the new resolutions.
Invest in all sectors of your life - health,wealth, spiritual etc.
Make investing in your health a priority as without good health it's hard to fully enjoy the returns from other investments.
1, aim for regular exercise such as brisk walks 5-6 days a week, lasting for 1-2 hours or 10,000 steps.
2.daily intake of fruits and vegetables.
3, stop smoking.
4.reduce stress
5.alcohol in moderation if drinking. Alcohol is also a carcinogen.
May you all have a blessed 2020.
