Dear Valued Patients,

We would like to kindly inform our patients that, as part of our ongoing commitment to providing efficient and high-quality healthcare services, Oceania Hospitals will be implementing a new upfront payment process effective 26 January 2026.

All patients will be required to pay consultation fees prior to receiving services for outpatient and specialist consultations. Please be assured that emergency care will continue to be provided immediately, with payment arrangements made afterward.

In addition, Oceania Hospitals will transition to a fully cashless system from 1 June 2026.
