❌ MYTH: "Small breasts don’t make enough milk" ✅ FACT: Breast size has nothing to do with milk production capacity.

❌ MYTH: "You need to eat perfectly to make good milk" ✅ FACT: Your body prioritises milk quality even with an imperfect diet, Mum’s should eat well for their own health during pregnancy.

❌ MYTH: "It’s okay if breastfeeding is painful" ✅ FACT: Proper latch should be comfortable - if pain doesn’t subside after baby latches on, then pain indicates the need for help.

❌ MYTH: "Some women just can't breastfeed" ✅ FACT: With proper support, most women can successfully breastfeed or express enough to supply baby breastmilk using a bottle.
