Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men.

In its early stages, prostate cancer often causes no noticeable symptoms. As it progresses, signs may include:
- Difficulty starting urination (hesitancy)
- Weak or interrupted urine flow
- Frequent urination, especially at night (nocturia)
- Urgency to urinate
- Pain or burning during urination
- Inability to empty the bladder completely
- Blood in Urine (Haematuria)

Screening with PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) tests and digital re**al exams (DRE) can help detect prostate cancer early, even before symptoms appear.

Not all prostate cancers are life-threatening—some grow slowly and may not require immediate treatment.
