How is everyone?
So many ups and downs, and the waiting in nervous anticipation for news, it's such a turbulent time.
Its important to know that this will shift, things will change, and we will be able to get together again.
I'm grateful for the chance to be a bit silly (and totally reccomend it!!) If nothing more than to shake off the feeling of responsibility and heaviness just for a breath or two. Go on and try!
Or maybe join in the zoom classes ... we might not be physically together but we can still breathe the same breath.

Hi beautiful people how are you all going? Its definitely been a challenging few weeks, full of uncertainty and anxiety thats for sure.

I've been feeling the waves as well - I let them come, then remind myself to stand still wherever I am and take a few deep breaths. Remind myself to feel the feeling of anxiety but not to let it become me. And that right now in this very second and in this very breath I'm ok. Try it, see how it works for you - adapt it to work for you.

I've also been taking a few trial run Zoom classes (yes finally I've been forced into technology!!). They are going well - but like most of you are finding its the challenge of finding the time to schedule them (between kids and just stuff!!)

I'll be offering some 30 min sessions to you soon - if you are wanting to join me.

Stay safe, mask up, and lets see where this takes us.

I will triple check at Suva sports council tomorrow morning about class tomorrow. IF it is ok, who is willing/able to come along? I'm just trying to figure out whether to go ahead or not. ### it's another odd time, and you need to choose what is best for you.
