"Life does not come in the form of a problem or a question, even an answer, because no question is asked.

Our life, our flesh and blood and everything appearing, is as much an absolute, unfathomable condition as any unseen absolute that culture would propose. And this absolute is in your grasp as your own. The cultural obsession of looking for perfection diminishes our ability to see the perfection that is already established in us as life, and abundantly given.

If you seek a connection to God you will suffer. God is not absent. Seeking creates the assumption of absence that is not true. Looking for God is the problem.
Stop looking, start living.

Likewise, if you seek a s*xual intimacy you will suffer. S*x is not absent. This union of opposites is the substance of all existence.

Everything is arising from the male and female collaboration, the great collaboration of strength that is utterly receptive is the basis of all existence. You are permitted to participate and enjoy your intrinsic power of s*x that is always in you as you. There is no male without female just as there is no left without right, no above without below, no inhale without exhale, no strength without receptivity. Even amidst the social dysfunction of vulgar denial of s*x and the resultant vulgar exaggeration of s*x you may enjoy what you already are and its power, pleasure and purpose.

The practice of the polarities of your own embodiment is a catalyst that results in outer polarity and collaboration with another... to love thy neighbor as thy self. This may never be doubted. It is the natural order of things to love and be loved in the great power of life.

Two people can say to each other “you are my power” and inexhaustible energy of life flows from the heart. Even now, when this has been taken from humanity by a long history of religious insanity, each person can rests in the natural state transcending all despair."

Those of you that know me know Im not a terribly sentimental person... but this moment has me in awe.
Sri Krishnamacharya is the teacher of teachers.
He is responsible for bringing Yoga down from the Himalayas.
Mark Whitwell learned directly from him and his son.
Im learning directly from Mark.

This is a big deal because the very basic principles of Yoga arnt actually taught very often. (Hint: its not s*xy pants or funny shapes that look good on instagram)
It is actually for every body, it is transmitted one on one, & its all about participating in the breath.
This idea of participating in the polarities of inhale/exhale is the key.🔻🔺 Hence the phrase “if you can breathe, you can do yoga”
anyway... more on that another time.

This moment wasnt planned. We came to visit this temple because Krishnamacharya taught the king of Mysore at this location in the 1930’s. Exactly there ⬆️
By chance was there with his camera equipment and .natural with the sound.
We filmed guiding me through the practice. (Found on my site)

Theres some kind of bow tying, circular energy about this. Especially since I’m a woman in the Lakshmi (dope goddess) temple.
There must be womens empowerment (not modern feminism) to realize the non-dual state. Male and female as equal and opposites🔻🔺.

Heres my favourite part... When I shared with Mark that this moment feels bigger than me, that something else is operating through me, he said “it IS you”.
He reminded me that it’s dissociative to imagine that something outside of me is somehow more miraculous.
So simply (as he does, & why he’s my teacher) he brought me back to my embodiment.
How extraordinary the ordinary is, how existence is magical.
What makes skin? Breath? S*x? Reality itself is a phenomenon.
I am that.
Its not something in the ethers that makes me a magical being. Its life itself. Its all of it. “The All is in all”.
Naturally my next inquiry was how am I to feel and communicate this and still remain humble?
The answer of course is that we are ALL that.
Each one of us is an aspect of the creator.
We are all divine. As we are. Already.
You ARE here now.
Take a load off.

The weight of Buddhist civilization has proposed the idea of something called consciousness that you can be. The seduction of enlightenment has charmed the world. In fact, there is no such thing as consciousness as a “thing” that you can attain.

Awareness, perceivers, and the object of perception is one thing. It is one movement. There is no separation. There is no other. This is why the Yogas of participation in what is already here, the unity condition that is life, was seen to be necessary in Buddhism and Vedanta from the 10th century on. It is intimate participation in life as it actually is, that is required, not the meditations of residing as awareness in the religions of Buddhism & Vedanta.

It is the yogas of participation in life that delivers the great promise of non-dualism that religion attempts to offer.

Like Rome spread Christianity as the unifying mechanism of its empire, King Ashoka spread Buddhism through his Asian empire as a controlling instrument of power, forcing people to meditate. The whole enterprise only holds in place the presumption that there is a problem, along with the thought structures of the imagined separate self.

This cultural imposition happened hundreds of years after the actual inspiration of Christ and Buddha. Aided by the spread of the written word, the charm of the meditating Buddha image became an abstract imprint on humanity. This icon actually means you’re not there yet and you have to meditate to get there. But this meditation is based on a false principle, and actually creates disassociation from reality.

Now it is has taken its modern derivative called mindfulness. It is branded and sold assertively to a gullible public. This may be toned down and no longer associated with religion, but it is the age old religious practice and is still creating dissociation.

The implication of residing as the witness to experience Is: you are separate from what you’re observing. You are creating mind forms of separation, fear & belief in a separate “I”.

So I urge you! Do not teach mindfulness to the children. Give them Yoga, intimacy with Life as it is. Clarity of mind, real meditation will then naturally arise.

We need to reframe ‘anxiety,’ reframe it to mean “determination in life”.

A determination in life to meet the challenges of this world, rather than to see it as a problem you have to overcome or soothe yourself from.

Yoga should not be taught as a soothing ‘fix it’ activity.

Yoga is to not be in conflict with society but to be in relationship with “the facts on the ground”.

Yoga is the intrinsic merge, singularity with “the object”, to be intimate with the tangible conditions of life.

Awareness, perceivers and the object of perception is one unity movement, immediate and potent. There is no such thing as awareness as a “thing” a separate phenomena that you can reside as. That philosophical/religious concept is a social illness and aberration. Like wise there is no such thing as a body separate from its total context. Life is unity, always already the case. Without the Total cosmos there is no body. It is intimacy we need not meditation.

Everything is “Sat”, the Truth, including all things happening.

Yoga is to meet all the conditions in this terrible world, what is uncomfortable about it, but also what is wondrous about it, and with all the accompanying emotions that are simply biological functions of the whole body. Fear, anger, pain, grief. They dissolve when their appropriate function is completed.

Yoga is the inherent singularly with “the object” and in that way we make something of this world.

Yoga is Relationship, where we are participating in all tangible conditions of real life.
