The patient did not like the previous denture, suffering from looseness, uncomfortable and hurting other teeth and gums.

Now our patient is smiling better and happy with a new one now.

What is good about flexible denture compared to plastic with wire ones (acrylic dentures)?

Our clinic in Vatuwaqa, Suva is looking for a reliable and well-presented receptionist to join our team.

This role goes beyond basic reception duties — we are looking for someone who is committed to growing with the clinic and can confidently guide patients from their first inquiry to their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments
• Handling calls and online inquiries
• Clearly explaining our services and assisting with bookings
• Maintaining patient records
• Supporting smooth daily clinic operations

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident, and professional
• Responsible and punctual
• Organized with basic computer skills
• A good communicator
• Able to build trust with patients and encourage them to proceed with treatment

Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage.

🕘 Working Hours:
6 days a week (Mon to Sat), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
