Oolong Protein Pancakes 🍵🥞
Today I’m sharing my protein powder recipe with you!
Compared to regular pancakes, this is a much healthier version.
For 2 people (6–8 pancakes, depending on size):
1 container · 2 eggs · 4g baking powder
120g sour cream · 80g Oolong Tea Protein Powder
Mix everything well, then start cooking.
Pour one scoop of batter, wait for bubbles to appear on top,
flip and cook for another 40 seconds on medium-high heat.
Add sugar, honey, maple syrup, or jam — whatever you love.
The kitchen smelled full of tea aroma,
and the texture turned out even better than the crêpes I made last time (thanks to the sour cream).

用高蛋白粉做的健康鬆餅食譜!
份量:約 2 人份(約 6–8 片,依大小而定)
材料:酸奶油 120克、雞蛋 2 顆、泡打粉 4克、
烏龍茶高蛋白粉 80克。
全部混合均勻後開始煎。
每次倒一勺麵糊,等表面出現氣泡後翻面,
再煎 40 秒,中大火即可。
可依個人口味加糖、蜂蜜、楓糖漿或果醬。
煎完鬆餅充滿幸福的烏龍茶香,
口感比上次做的可麗餅更好,酸奶油真的有加分。
