Here I teach

Mindful Flow🌟
A gentle, strength-based class focused on mobility, flexibility, and smooth, intentional movement.
Perfect if you want to move with awareness and ease.

Deep Control🌟🌟
A more precise and focused class, designed to help you isolate and activate specific muscle groups.
You’ll build coordination, balance, and control through transitions.

All classes are taught in English, with assistance available in French and Mandarin.

Small groups of up to 10 people, so you have space to breathe, move, and focus on yourself.

New year, new smoothie 🥤
This protein fruit milkshake is quick, tasty, and perfect when you want something nourishing without overthinking breakfast.

Recipe:
• 200 ml milk
• 2 scoops Nicky Yoga protein powder
• Frozen banana (2–3 pieces)
• Frozen blueberries

Blueberries make the texture lighter and the flavor fresher compared to banana alone—it pairs beautifully with oolong tea protein.

也能在伸展時提供支撐,
讓關節與肌肉在更安全、有效的狀態下延展。

這組 6 個瑜珈輪深層伸展動作,可以幫助你:
• 放鬆肩膀與前側手臂(開肩)
• 打開髖關節與腿後側
• 伸展四頭肌、腿後肌與腳踝
• 延展側腰與脊椎
• 改善冬天循環不佳造成的緊繃感

本次練習包含:
1️⃣ 肩膀伸展(前三角肌伸展)
2️⃣ 半蓮花(腳踝伸展)
3️⃣ 蓮花式後彎(髖關開展)

Magical Christmas week 🎄
Taking a real pause while everyone is on holiday.
No yoga or Pilates this time. Just being fully present with family and nature.

Such a sunny and gentle Christmas week.
Feeling deeply grateful for this adventurous year. Continuing what I love, while also starting something new and building a new business.

Everything comes with challenges,
but it’s exactly these challenges that make me feel alive.

2026 let Nicky Yoga accompany you as we grow together and face new challenges side by side, becoming stronger along the way.

聖誕假期大家放假,
我也讓自己一起慢下來,

Feeling stiff during winter?
Cold weather often makes the body tight and less mobile.

This side stretch and hip mobility sequence is designed to help you:
• release tension around the hips and lower back
• improve side body flexibility and spinal mobility
• open the hip flexors, adductors, and hamstrings
• support better circulation and overall movement quality

This flow includes 8 exercises, moving gently from side bending into deep hip opening, helping your body feel lighter, warmer, and more connected.

Try it out and notice how your body feels after.
