How I’m continuously upleveling…
🔥 From Holding On to the Past to Fully Stepping Into My True Calling 🔥

In 2014, I co-founded a paint shop in Hong Kong—a dream come true at the time. When my partnership dissolved two years later, I bought out the business and kept pushing forward. Even after moving to France in 2018 for a better quality of life, I wasn’t ready to let go. The business had its highs, especially during COVID, but deep down, I knew—I was holding on out of emotional attachment, not alignment.

By 2024, I finally saw it clearly: the business was draining me of freedom, clarity, joy, and resources. And yet, the shift had already begun long before.

✨ In 2019, I answered a quiet calling to learn sound healing—not knowing how much I’d be uplifted and inspired by this work.
✨ I enrolled in Kundalini yoga training—not imagining I’d want to teach, but soon realizing I love not only teaching, but living yoga.
✨ By following what lit me up, what gave me joy, what fueled my passion—I stepped fully into my purpose.

Now, I lead others to do the same.

💎 I built Crystal Bowl of Light—an accredited sound healing training school and a thriving international wellness brand.
💎 I lead luxury retreats, coaching programs, and mentorships—guiding others into deep spiritual alignment.
💎 I create a life of freedom, spaciousness, and impact—building a global sanctuary for transformation.

So, what changed?

✅ I stop holding on to what drained me and stepped fully into what lights me up.
