And this isn't even all of them 😆 As any of my students can tell you, I love props. Balls, straps, blankets, blocks, bolsters, rollers oh my! I even keep a ball in my car to release my hamstring while driving. The cheapest and easiest? A tennis ball. Roll your feet, the backs of your legs, your back against a wall- so many options! And if you really want to get crazy, put two tennis balls in a sock, tie a knot in the end and roll up and down your spine. Heaven. A little self massage goes a long way.
