250g bacon cubes
1 tbsp butter

🍎Warm, sweet & cozy – these Stuffed HoneyCrunch® Baked Apples are the perfect winter treat!

Stuffed HoneyCrunch® Baked Apples (4 servings)

Ingredients:
4 HoneyCrunch® apples
100 g marzipan
1 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp chopped almonds
A little butter

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 200 °C / 392 °F (convection).
2️⃣ Wash the apples and remove the cores.
3️⃣ Mix marzipan, raisins, and almonds. Shape into a roll and cut into 4 equal pieces.
4️⃣ Fill each apple with one piece of the mixture and top with a small k**b of butter.
5️⃣ Bake for about 25 minutes until golden and soft.
6️⃣ Serve warm – plain or with creamy vanilla sauce. 🍨

🍎 HoneyCrunch® Porridge for 2 servings
Ingredients:
50 g rolled oats
250 ml low-fat milk
15 g powdered sugar
20 g chopped hazelnuts
1 HoneyCrunch® apple
35 g sugar
10 g butter
2 g cinnamon
Raisins, nuts &honey to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook oats & milk gently for 10 min until thick
2️⃣ Stir in sugar & nuts, divide into 2 bowls, let cool slightly
3️⃣ Peel, core & slice the apple
4️⃣ Caramelize sugar in a pan, add butter, apple & cinnamon, cook 2 min without stirring, then stir. Cook for another 20 min
5️⃣ Top porridge with apple slices, nuts, raisins & honey

Serve warm – start your day with creamy porridge & crisp HoneyCrunch® apples!
