Systemic and family constellations are a form of therapy that allows us to better understand relational knots and to detach ourselves from unconscious family burdens that potentially have a negative influence on our daily lives.

You can participate as a Therapy Receiver if you have a personal blockage, a professional impasse, a choice to make, an emotion that is difficult to manage...and you want change or answers.

You can participate as a Stand-in to embody family members or concepts related to the Constellation issue. It will also allow you to work on yourself.

Everything is done with respect, non-judgment and kindness 🤍
