An important one : SALT 🧂💎🍚
There is not ONE energy clearing session I give without reminding you about this one, which is the king of energetic purification.
We take showers everyday to take care of our physical body… well we should do the same with our energy bodies (if you don’t want to end up giving fortunes to people like me 🪄😉).
There are multiple ways of cleansing yourself but I’ll focus on the combination of salt and water, working as a charm.
When salt water crosses your aura and body, it traps lower energies, parasites and « energetic dust », and will be cleansed through the earth cycle of water, being then given back to the magma core of our dear planet, to finally be transmuted into higher energy.
So how to do exactly?
🧂 Salt bath (don’t be shy, put that full kg of unrefined sea salt) and rinse every drop of salt water
🧂 Salt water shower (big bottle of 2 or 5L, dilute unrefined sea salt inside, shower yourself whole body with it and rinse.
🧂 Salt water glasses in your home (either in the four corner for extreme situations, or simply in strategic places where you intuition lead you) >> do NOT touch the water after few days and throw it in the toilets, never in your sink. Never more that 5/6 days time per glass.
🧂 Salt water spray (preparation of boiled water with salt and holy water, you can add essential oils if you wish) you spray a big cloud in front of you and jump through it for instant energy upgrade.
🧂 Obviously swimming in the sea…
💎 Important : Himalayan or mountain salt is great and beautiful, but not the best purificator, on the contrary of UNREFINED sea salt.
So for lower energies cleansing purpose, prioritize bigger quantities of sea salt, and you can add a little pink salt if you like - which I personally do - so they work in a team to clear & elevate.
