Trained in Massage (relaxation, wellbeing, deep tissue) in 1989. Reflexology training in 1991 with speciality of Maternity Reflexology (fertility, pregnancy, post natal) added in 2004. I completed my training as a healer in 2010, then followed it up with Vibrational Sound Healing using Tuning Forks in 2013. This gives me more scope for tailoring each session to the needs of the person on that day.

1. Over-consumption isn’t just food

People often think of diet first, but it can include:

Digital content (social media, short-form videos, news)
Stimulation (constant notifications, multitasking)
Convenience habits (processed food, sugar, caffeine)
Mental load (information without rest or integration)

Too much of any of these can push your system out of balance—affecting sleep, focus, stress, and even physical health.

2. Scrolling = attention drain

If you’re spending a few hours a day scrolling, that’s not unusual—but it adds up fast:

2 hours/day = ~730 hours/year
That’s a full month of waking life

The bigger issue isn’t just time—it’s how it fragments attention and keeps your nervous system in a low-level “on” state.

3. Balance is less about perfection, more about ratios

Your body and mind work best when there’s a rhythm:

Input vs. output (consume vs. create/act)
Stimulation vs. recovery (screens vs. quiet)
Sedentary vs. movement
Stress vs. rest

If one side dominates for too long, things start to feel off—energy dips, sleep worsens, focus scatters.

You'll find me in Antibes just of boulevard Albert 1er. Thursday mornings I’m available in Beausoleil.
