✨ Self-care from a therapist’s perspective ✨
As a massage therapist, I spend my days helping others release tension, rebalance their bodies, and reconnect with themselves. But one important truth in wellness is this: we cannot give what we don’t cultivate within ourselves.
Day 7 of a 15 days of Panchakarma, a deep Ayurvedic detox and reset for the body and mind. This experience reminds me that its essential to pause and nourish ourselves.

• 🌿 Self-care is essential, not a luxury
• 🧘 Rest restores our energy and clarity
• 💫 Healing starts from within
• 🤲 The better we care for ourselves, the better we care for others
• 🌸 Balance in body, mind, and energy is the foundation of true wellness
As therapists and healers, we hold space for others every day. Taking time to reset, detox, and reconnect allows us to show up with more presence, intuition, and compassion.
