We hold a lot of tension and emotional memory in our body.
After years of holding this tension, our body fascia can harden and create an ‘armor,’ which is the hardened fascia in different parts of our body.
When we consciously and loving soothe our body, we use self-touch to create safety for the body, we calm our nervous system and allow the body to soften.
When the body soften, blood circulation (energy flow) improves and we have access to more of ourselves.
Engage in these safety inducing practices often and daily. There are many others you can also engage in but this is a good starter pack! Not each one will work for each person, so find the ones that feel best for you.
