Hello beautiful community!
I have exciting news! I started a passion podcast!
Conscious Cuppas - A collection of inspiring conversations with people that I've been blessed to meet and learn from on my healing journey! Sharing nourishing content aligned with my values to inspire heart-led, embodied life connected to your own truth and fully expressed!

My last episode was chatting with our lovely Asheena about Sisterhood as the blanket to unpick Conditioning, Comparison and Competition. Advocating for sisterhood in our lives has been and continues to be so healing for me, and it was an honour to dive into this with my sister Ash, who co-hosts circle with me. If you're curious about circle but don't know much about these spaces, I'd encourage you to have a listen! We are super excited to share with you an empowering circle as we burst into summer energy! We will be sharing some movement to connect to our inner warrior, some meditation and making our own smudge sticks to take home from locally foraged herbs and flowers, to keep our energy cleansed and fresh this season!

We will be at beautiful Delilah's Art Gallery, The Old Square Shopping Centre, Walsall Town Centre
Please arrive at 1 pm to settle ready to start at 1:15 - 4pm.

So we had our latest Women's Wisdom Circle last Sunday and wow!! I was vibing so high afterwards!

It was another incredible circle. We explored the theme of creativity and the approaching season of spring.

We learnt some Anglo Saxon folklore about spring and rabbits, we poured our souls onto paper, we created without expectations and we shared in this sacred space. It was BEAUTIFUL.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, roll on April's circle!!

Hello lovely ladies!

Wow, we are still riding high from the amazing energy shared, shifted and created during last week's circle! We are doing some beautiful work and it feels so good!

We are really excited to share that our next circle on *Sunday the 13th February* is going to be a collaboration with our lovely artist friend who some of you know from circle, who is going to host us at her art gallery space in Walsall and teach us BELLYDANCING!

Delilah has taught me that bellydance, in its’ roots, is a dance by women for women – it is not for men’s entertainment the way it is portrayed in modern culture. The movements represent those of the womb and birth, so it’s such an empowering divine feminine practice!
What better way to celebrate LOVE for ourselves, our bodies that carry us through life, and for each other than to experience this together :D No experience required, two left feet welcome, if you fall we will catch you!

Hey ladies! Firstly, happy new year! I hope you've all had a lovely festive break and are excited for 2022!

We postponed our last circle as a few people could make it, and we feel this is such a valuable theme - to connect to the cycles we experience through our life 💫 and we really want to share it with you! So we've rescheduled for Saturday 15th January, 2:30-5pm at gather cafe Dudley (please see attached flyer).

Getting there - by car, there's free weekend parking on the road outside Dudley college which is a 5 min walk, (nearer to the shops is max 2 hours).
By bus- catch bus to Dudley bus station and walk 2 mins to the Churchill shopping centre (you will probably enter through the back so gather will be inside, halfway down on your right)

We will explore the wisdom in the cycles and I will share some powerful journal prompts to help us get into our bodies and feel into what we want for this year 💪 these are life-changing tools that have really helped me and I can't wait to share them with you!

Though it's super powerful to meet in person, please let us know if this is something you would prefer as an online workshop and we can consider this to accommodate the majority 🌟

Happy new moon ladies!
I hope you're all feeling cosy and warm in this winter that has definitely arrived! 🌚
This coming Saturday 11th Dec is our next meeting, where we will be exploring the theme of connecting with the cycles ✨

This event is by donation and any donations will be much appreciated ✨

Ahead of this, I would like to invite you to check in with yourself in relation to this emerging new lunar cycle - the first few days is still an introspective time as most of the moon is still in darkness - a time to get clarity on what you'd like to bring to fruition. Feel into what is alive for you and take the first step, which can be to write it down, without judgement, allowing yourself to be free in your exploration. It can even simply be to start feeling into it!

This is only a suggestion, feel free to leave this out if you'd rather be in circle - we can explore the next phase of the moon on Saturday :)

For those that attended last time, you will have some words associated with new cycles to help you ponder, and I shall list some here from a beautiful resource that we will be delving into in circle;

We had a beautiful first women's circle yesterday, where we explored the theme 'embracing change!' What a gift to co-create this sacred, supportive, safe space where we can connect to the wise woman within us all.

Thank you to the lovely Asheena Clarke for her amazing co-hosting, and to all the lovely ladies that came and shared from their hearts with us :)

We will see you at the next one in December, where we will be exploring the theme of cycles! Look out for details on here and in Gather Dudley CIC :D

On my walk through the woodlands, I was noticing my thoughts spiralling out of control. My energies and thoughts felt like dandelion seeds scattered through the wind. I knew spending time in nature would help ground and remind me to come back to myself.

I was reminded to not measure myself by my failures and things not yet achieved, but by my victories no matter how small.

I gave myself a pat on the back for acknowledging, giving space for and regulating my emotions before they got out of control and led to another depressive episode.
