We had the pleasure of equipping the MGEN Institute in La Verrière with Polytex dispensers in two buildings for the benefit of its Geriatric and Mental Health Departments.

“You go after someone going to get a pair of scrubs, they always want the one at the bottom. Even though there are 4-5 on top, they always want the bottom one, the rest go on the floor. We completely got rid of that.”

“Our usage has really really dropped. We haven’t got the staff hoarding in lockers anymore, or taking them [scrubs] home, or people stealing them because they’re comfy.”

>>Would you recommend Polytex machines to other hospitals?

“Absolutely yes, absolutely. We look to put it elsewhere across Watford probably… I must admit when I first heard about it I thought – is it going to be that useful? But actually, seeing it in use daily, it’s been very good.”
