A new high-precision machine will soon be joining our technology park !

Launched in 2019 in co-development with partner TECH & TECH, this project is the fruit of five years of collaboration, research and engineering. An ambitious adventure, carried out with rigor and passion, which is now reaching its culmination.

Developed entirely by the Micro-Mega and TECH & TECH teams, this new universal prototyping machine has been designed to push back the limits of instrument manufacture for root canal treatment. Thanks to its multi-axis technology, it enables unrivalled precision trimming and opens the way to virtually infinite design possibilities, tailored to the most complex needs.

This technological breakthrough illustrates our ability to innovate, anticipate market needs and, together with our partners, build the future of our industry.

Endodontic Treatment of a Severely Curved Left Mandibular Second Molar ( 54-year-old patient)

A 3D cleaning protocol was used for irrigation, combining intracanal heating with ultrasonic activation to enhance debridement. Final obturation was performed using the Hot Modified Technique with gutta-percha and a bioceramic sealer.

👉 The instrumentation sequence began with coronal preflaring using a 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲.

👉 Working length determination with a size 𝟭𝟬 𝗞-𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲

👉 The glide path was created using the 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿.

👉 The final shaping was completed with a 25.04 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲.

👉 Apical exploration and determination of working length with a 𝗞-𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗡°𝟬𝟭𝟬.
