Good luck to everyone running the Toulouse Marathon today 🤗 I was only ever that kind of crazy once and oh wow did I wish I’d organised a massage for afterwards. Before work - Work - After work 🇬🇷❤️
A week of giving massage treatments that looks like this is a lifetime dream come true for me.
It’s always such a pleasure to be ‘special guest’ at Physio Dynamic but this time I had the added bonus of teaching a Yoga class for the Panionios swimmers before they head off to Singapore to represent Greece at the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 🤩🥳 καλή τύχη σε όλους! (and thanks for letting me do a lap in the pool with you 😅)

Never thought I’d get so excited for white carpet but the studio smells like a dream and is finally back to normal!
