When you've got nothing to cook for your kids dinner, it's anchovies and raw-milk cheese for us.

A hit of Omega-3 to help counteract the toxic blue light they are exposed to at school.

Artificial blue light destroys DHA in the retina, so we must replace it regularly with food as the body doesn't produce it's own. Anchovies and raw cheese provide a good hit.

Quand on a rien à cuisiner pour le dîner, chez nous c'est des anchois et du comté au lait cru.

Un dose d'oméga-3 pour combattre la lumière bleue toxique de l'école.

Le DHA de la rétine est détruit par la lumière bleue artificielle et donc nous avons besoin de le remplacer régulièrement par l'alimentation parceque notre corps ne peut produire lui-même l'acide gras. Un bon source c'est du poisson et du fromage au lait cru.

My daughter asked for clams for her birthday. If I find a seafood that causes a big fight between my kids over who gets the last one, I know I'm on a winner. Seafood is so essential for healthy brain development of our children and for their vision especially now that we live 24/7 in an EMF soup.

Ma fille a demandé les palourdes pour son diner d'anniversaire. Je sais que j'ai trouvé une bonne source de DHA quand mes enfants se battent pour en avoir le dernier 😉. Les fruits de mer sont indispensables pour le développement cérébral et de la vue de nos enfants surtout dans un monde où on se baigne 24/7 dans les ondes électromagnétiques artificielles.

I normally sneak off to see the sunrise by myself but this morning my littlest love followed me out of the bedroom and asked if he could come with me.

We arrived just as the sun crossed over the horizon, it was an enormous impressive yellow ball and my son screamed out 'woah!! C'est quoi ce truc jaune?!' 'what is that yellow thing?'.

I let him work out himself that it was the sun, he was so excited to share this moment with me and I was so happy that he decided to wake up so early. He cried out 'thank you mummy for showing me this, I've never seen anything like it in my life'!

No, but my son, you will see many many more.

There may be around 30,000 sunrises in a lifetime, I'm teaching my kids why these are the most precious moments we have, and how essential sunrises are for a healthy, happy life.

He told me very specifically that every day that he doesn't have school that I'm to wake him up to see the sunrise.

We'll see... Waking up a sleeping baby is not an easy thing for a mother to do, even if it is to go and see the sunrise ♥️♥️♥️

After 2 days of spontaneous snow in Spring, the sun is back.

Grounding to reduce inflammation by depleting protons and attracting electrons and charging my cells with the sun on my skin and in my eyes.

Followed by a breakfast of home made pâté and fish stock.

Il a neigé ici en pendant 2 jours en printemps ! C'était très bizarre. Mais le soleil est de retour et ce matin j'ai bien profité avant un petit dej de pâté et bouillon de poisson.

Oh my gosh the morning sun is just the best.

There are good and there are not so good EMFs. It's important to mitigate non native EMFs such as wifi and the electricity that runs through our houses but it's also important to increase our exposure to native EMFs such as the sun and the free electrons available from the earth.

I teach my clients about both types of EMFs and their impact on our health.

If you lack energy, if you don't sleep well, if you have digestive issues, if you are down or sick, or having fertility problems (for example), then making some changes to your electromagnetic environment could be the answer you've been searching for.
