The Bordeaux School of Neuroscience will not have a dedicated training staff, but it will provide the infrastructure, the logistics, the administrative as well as technical support, whereas the international training team will plan and coordinate the training activities. There will be a diversity of training events for a variety of public, through courses for master or PhD students, summer schools, workshops on specific technical aspects, or demonstrations of new equipment by private parties. The average number of trainees per course will be around 20, and all the courses will be open to international scientists. We will also propose further education for corporate (Biotech, pharmaceutical companies), for high school teachers or medical practitioners and pharmacists. A permanent space of 500m2 located in the future Neurocampus site will be fully equipped and permanently available for up to 20 trainees. The Bordeaux School of Neuroscience is strongly supported by cluster grant LabEx BRAIN, by the University of Bordeaux. The School Manager will soon be recruited with the support of IdEx Bordeaux. The University of Bordeaux, through its Bordeaux Neurocampus federation has signed a partnership with FENS and IBRO on July 3rd 2014 for the creation of the "Cajal Advanced Neuroscience Training program". The Bordeaux School of Neuroscience will host the first 2 Cajal Advanced Courses at the end of 2015, on the molecular and cellular biology of synapses, and on bioinformatics for the neuroscientist

The University of Bordeaux has signed a partnership with FENS and IBRO on July 3rd 2014 for the creation of the "Cajal Advanced Neuroscience Training program". The Bordeaux School of Neuroscience hosts Cajal Advanced Courses.
