Exercises help reduce stress level - the body gets tired and then relaxes, but sometimes you also need to talk to someone who helps calm your mind.
I know that many people live in constant stress and use alcohol (or sleeping pills) as a relaxant, but I really
recommend to look for more body-friendly solutions.
