There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance.

We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully
open to our ability to love others or our potential to create.

Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life 🤍🙏🏻

It is not always easy not to be afraid. Life is extremely beautiful & can be extremely painful.. and only with full acceptance you can see this pain as a precious knowledge.

Wherever you are, remember that everything what is happening in your life is for your best ♥️

One of the most important questions 💛 I will leave you here with this beautiful definition…

How to define love? Is it a pursuit to freedom, or rather to meet the other person needs?

This is a very high bar to which we try to jump throughout our lives, with a feeling that this is what we were born for in this world. It appears when we don’t need nothing from each other anymore. Except being someone who is the chosen to received love and the sender at the same time. Love is being the best version of yourself, but also it is seeing your best version of yourself in this second person eyes.

Why Is Self-Love So Important?

The way we experience the world around us depends on what is going on in our internal world. That means that self-love directly impacts how we perceive other people in our lives, how we behave, and how we experience everything that happens in our life. The more self-love we have, the better our relationships will be and the less likely we will be to accept anything in our lives that doesn't make us feel fulfilled, worthy or happy.

You get it: Self-care/love is important.
There's one tiny problem: You have no time for it. Your schedule is packed way too tight for long walks and mindfulness, and your to-do list is looooong. Me-time stays on the side and being productive is more important. BUT the two are not mutually exclusive.

Remind yourself that you can be more productive, with a clear mind and a body at ease. Self-care can exist when you integrate small steps.

What helps me:
1) no phone/laptop light minimum 1hour before sleep. Proper sleep is nonnegotiable nr1 in self-care 💛
2) starting day with exercise & meditation, even if it is only 10 min, so i don't need to think about it at the end of the day when i'm tired and: starting the day right makes the difference 🙏🏻
3) getting organized, it can be as calming as it is productive
4) the choices we make about food & drink have a significant impact on our mood, energy levels, and productivity in the short and long term. You need to eat in the end, make sure you eat healthy.
5) surrounding yourself with the right people.
The energy emitted from the people we interact with on a daily basis have a deep impact on our way of thinking, self-esteem and energy levels. Eliminate non-serving relationships and invest in the good ones. Choose with your heart and follow your intuition.

You never know how strong you are, until you have no choice but being strong…
Those are photos of me and my baby boy, year ago, two days before his birth. Never loved anyone more than him, never felt more powerless than when facing this what happened.

We never managed to get the answer why it happened. All doctors went to the same conclusion: « sometimes it arrives without any medical reason » The heart of our baby stopped and a piece of my heart together with his..

If someone would ask me how I managed to get through it, I don’t have an answer. We both, together with my husband, were doing whatever was working to hold us together, in one piece. We are still working on it. There is a long way in front of us - live.

If I may give an advice to any of you who is close to someone dealing with such a lost: please be there. Be there no matter how scared you are. No matter if you think that you’re not qualified enough to help. Just be there and don’t turn your head because it is painful. We do need every single word of love, every single word of understanding. We do need to know that there is a reason to stay alive and we need you to show us this reason. Giving love isn’t overrated and I hope will never be ♥️

And if you’re there somewhere with your heart in millions of pieces because you lost your baby, or someone closest to your heart, or wanting to be a mum but facing difficulties… I hear you ♥️

New Moons are special, as a time to unfold into your real self, the timeless one. If it's true that we rest between lives, in our real home, the New Moon is a time to rest, before the next cycle of happenings 🌑

Because of that, it's one to get juiced up again, by merging with that renewing, spiritual source. And like other moments of soul searching, like the Sun's "New Moon" at Winter Solstice, it's a time to remember who you are and get guidance on the road ahead 🙏🏻

I celebrate New Moon with a meditation & presence. To be able to see what I missed in a rush of a month. To be open to take the wisdom given to me by the universe. To understand things I couldn’t. To trust those which I’m “human to much” to understand.

There is a quiet music, incense, herbal tea and most of all there is me. Ready to go forward through the most challenging, hard and amazingly beautiful lesson - LIFE.

Whenever I feel that something in my mind starts to go wrong, I’m cleaning my house. Not to distract me, but to organize the energy around me 📿

Alike the people who are around us, creates who we are, the same our surroundings creates how we feel.

It doesn’t mean to make your house look fancy. It means to keep it clean, bright, with a regular fresh air flow. And to make it YOUR place.

I love to keep in my home good memories made of photos, smells, little things that remind me of someone or some situations. But I hate plastic! Whatever I’ll decide to bring inside (it is happening very rare, as I’m minimalist) must be of good quality, best if eco responsible, and beautiful 👁 I also love light and it is important for me to have many different sources of light, when the natural one is already gone.

We had some traveling plans for this weekend & this is how it ended up 😂

Florent didn’t feel good on Friday so we decided to have recovery weekend at home instead. A lot of sleep, oregano drops, warm soup, onion & garlic, inhalations with eucalyptus essential oil 🌱short walks in the park 🌳🌲

The benefit of it is not only that Florent feels great today evening but the fact that we spent beautiful “slow life” time together. Without rush, without any expectations 🙏🏻

So obvious but still necessary to remind it every now and then 🤌🏻

Today evening yoga class left me very grateful 🙏🏻 During those years of teaching I met so many beautiful people in so many different places 🌏

You came to me with the open hearts, full of trust and hopes. Not perfect, but who of us is? You came looking for a safe place.. and together we’re creating it.

What I feel and think is that being a yoga teacher is a big honor. And with all my heart I’ll keep holding this safe space for you 🧡 for us…

Reminder for everyone of us. How not to get lost in life and what is really important 🙏🏻

1. Be so strong that nothing can disturb the peace of your mind.
2. Talk to all people about happiness, health, and prosperity.
3. Give to all your friends the feeling of being valued.
4. Look at things by the enlightened point of view and update your optimism on reality.
5. Think only about the best, work only for the best, and always expect the best.
6. Be as just and enthusiastic about others victories as you are with yours.
7. Forget about past mistakes and focus your energy on the victories of tomorrow.
8. Always make those around you happy and keep a smile to all people who talk to you.
9. Apply the largest amount of your time on self-improvement and no time in criticizing others.
10. Be big enough so you can feel unsatisfied, be noble enough so you can feel anger, be strong enough so you can feel fear, and be happy enough so you can feel frustrations.
11. Hold a good opinion about yourself and communicate that to the world, but not through dissonant words but through good works.
12. Believe strongly that the world is on your side, as long as you stay loyal to the best of yourself.
