Monday mornings can feel a bit loud sometimes.
Straight back into:
emails
jobs
school runs
appointments
responsibilities
thinking about everyone else before yourself
Sometimes the body feels that pressure before the mind even catches up.
Tight shoulders.
Poor sleep.
Feeling wired but tired.
That sense of already being “on.”
