Pour terminer l'année, nous avons pratiqué des postures sur le thème de Noël ainsi que des postures de yoga restoratif , tel nourrissant !

Comme vous pouvez le voir, nous étions vraiment cocoonés et en profond repos. Les postures festives comprenaient le sucre d'orge l'arbre de Noël, l'étoile et le traîneau.

Quelle belle façon de terminer l'année en se sentant détendu et prêt pour les festivités 😊!

Il ne nous reste plus qu'à à vous souhaiter un joyeux Noël,en espérant que la nouvelle année vous apporte paix et bonheur.

To wrap up the year , we practiced Christmas themed pictures and nourishing restorative yoga postures too. As you can see we were truly cocooned and in deep rest . Festive postures included candy cane ,christmas tree ,star and sleigh .

What a great way to end the year feeling relaxed and ready for the festivities😊!
All that is left to say is Merry Christmas, let's hope that the new year brings you peace and good health .
