Hello again to all you lovely people! I’m so excited to be back teaching again!

Weekly classes on Wednesdays in central Chamonix, starting this week (28/02/2024) morning hot vinyasa flow to get your hump day started (9.15-10.30) and midday recharge (12.15-13.15). Classes will be taught in English and/or French!

First class is only €10 so come along and check it out.

Francais dessus:

Yoga and Mindfulness workshop tomorrow at the old After Ski (48 Impasse Rhododenrons), opposite the Cosmiques hotel/SuperU car park. The workshop will run from 14.30 to 16.30 tomorrow, 22/04/2023.

We will start with an introduction to the connection between Mindfulness and Yoga and move into a Yin/Yang yoga practice for 1 hour 15 minutes, followed by a talk through the basic principles of Mindfulness and 3 short Mindfulness meditations so you can experience both a formal and informal practice.

The price of the workshop is €25 and includes a welcome tea.

Atelier Yoga et Pleine Conscience demain à l'ancien After Ski (48 Impasse Rhododenrons), face à l'hôtel Cosmiques/parking SuperU. L'atelier se déroulera de 14h30 à 16h30 demain 22/04/2023.

Nous commencerons par une introduction à la connexion entre la pleine conscience et le yoga et passerons à une pratique de yoga Yin / Yang pendant 1 heure 15 minutes, suivie d'un exposé sur les principes de base de la pleine conscience et de 3 courtes méditations de pleine conscience afin que vous puissiez expérimenter à la fois une forme formelle et la pratique informelle.

Le prix de l'atelier est de 25 € et comprend un thé de bienvenue.

Yoga class tonight (Saturday 8th April) at 17.30-18.30 at the old AfterSki shop (Impasse des Rododendrons (behind SuperU and opposite the Cosmiques Hotel)). Thé class will be a Vinyasa flow and suitable for complete beginners to intermediate practitioners!

As an introductory price, the class is just €10 per person this week. PM me if you would like more details.

Cours de Yoga ce soir (samedi 8 avril) à 17h30-18h30 à l'ancien magasin AfterSki (Impasse des Rododendrons (derrière SuperU et en face de l'Hôtel des Cosmiques)). Le cours sera un flux Vinyasa et conviendra aux débutants complets aux pratiquants intermédiaires !

It's been a while but I will be teaching a mindful vinyasa flow practice at 17.30-18.30 this Saturday (01/04/2023) at 48 Impasse des Rhododendrons (the old After Ski shop opposite the SuperU car park). Beginners and those with a regular practice are all welcome!!

Bonjour!!

Ca fait un bonne moment mais je vais recommencer d'enseigner! J'enseignerai une pratique consciente du vinyasa flow à 17h30-18h30 ce samedi (04/01/2023) a 48 Impasse des Rhododendrons (l'ancien magasin After Ski en face du parking SuperU). Les débutants et ceux qui ont une pratique régulière sont tous les bienvenus!

J'ai hate de vous voir!

Some slight changes to the timetable. Yoga classes (beginner and intermediate) are now being held (still in the private garden near to Chamonix Centre (for the time being and whilst the weather still permits)) on Mondays at 18.30-19.45 and Thursdays at 18.30-19.45.

Quelques petites modifications aux horaires... Des cours de yoga (débutant et intermédiaire) auront désormais lieu (toujours dans le jardin privé près du centre de Chamonix (pour le moment et tant que le temps le permet encore)) les lundis de 18h30 à 19h45 et les jeudis de 18h30 à 19h45.
