What is peace? A distant dream, or something we can truly live in our daily lives? 🌿

On September 10, 2025 (19:30–21:00 CET) join François Lorin, a senior yoga teacher who began his practice in 1960 and studied for over 20 years with TKV Desikachar. He will guide us into the theme of Shantihi – Peace, drawing from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita.

🪷 Together, we will explore:
• The meaning of external vs. inner peace
• How peace connects to action and daily life
• Practical keys from yoga philosophy

This is a free online event, hosted by the European Yoga Union.
