Hello dear clients and friends. I haven’t posted much here for quite some time and so thought I would share a little heart from a special experience I just had … I think some of you will resonate with words below xx much love ❤️
Summer Solstice 2025 a point in time I spent in a Temazcal (sweat lodge):
When I close my eyes I can still see it… glowing red rocks with a perfectly lit heart accompanied by all of her rough edges, right in the middle, encased by others surrounding her and holding her.
Heat so sublime my body lets go, finally softening to the surrender of this beautiful medicine gifted by the volcanic rocks, our grandmothers of the earth.
Water sparks and sizzles smelling of sweet herbs & essences when she meets our great mother’s hot energy.
Presence and breath.
Every cell in my body awakening and remembering our connection to Gaia and Source.
Space for shedding what’s not needed and space creation for the new.
Densities are separated, clear channels begin to open.
Softening resistances to receive new high frequencies that are here now anchored on our planet. Surprisingly gently offered, softly even, by our Great Mother. She’s integrating them quickly and asking us to do the same. She has received and has been integrating them for all of us to receive.
Breathe, breathe deeply, open surrender and rest. Rest gently and rest well, cleanse and release .
Clear, soft new vibrations pe*****te our cellular matrix when we can feel within.
Singing sounds, prayers, drenched in sweet regret and tears of joy, healing is activated, my body releases, caught by our forgiving Great Mother in her deep womb of unconditional love.
Deeply grateful for time once again, journeying in community on this beautiful land and in the Temazcal.
Strength is remembered and found within these indigenous traditional offerings. It’s a very powerful way to learn how to remember our connection with self, land, Mother Nature, ethers, creation and healing.
