Look How You Feel

It was like clockwork, as soon as I turned 35 my face just dropped and I looked older than my years. Many thanks to the number of people who pointed this out to me (and I genuinely mean that) because it started me on my path of discovery and what I discovered has completely rejuvenated how I now look and subsequently, how I feel. The GLOW Face-Lift Massage is an extremely clever technique devised by Narendra and Kundan Mehta. Narendra was a blind osteopathic doctor with an incredible sense of touch and people say his natural healing skills were astounding. Over the years their series of techniques have been studied, dissected, tested and evaluated over & over again until they evolved into the Mehta GLOW Face-Lift Massage that we have today.

I was living in Dahab (South Sinai) when I began to have the Face-Lift treatment myself, I was instantly hooked, not only was I enjoying the visible effects but my addiction was rooted more with what was happening internally. The immense feeling of happiness and joy that you can achieve when you’re able to de-stress and unwind on that level are profound. My thoughts can be as over active as the next persons but as much as my mind attempted to resist; the tranquility, the heaviness in the body, the falling in and out of sleep and the light radiating from inside me always prevailed.

My practitioner at the time (who went on to become my personal tutor & close friend) suggested I take the Face-Lift Massage Program consisting of 6 massages over 6 weeks for more long lasting results. She explained how this would help re-build my muscle memory and give me longer lasting results (it was then advised that I could continue with monthly top-ups or special rejuvenation sessions before special occasions), what can I say, that was over four years ago and my face has never gone back to how it was before. People actually commented that I’m attractive (which nobody had ever said) and after seeing my results a number of my friends also signed up for the program and I got to see the excellent result on them too! I saw some of them suddenly develop high cheek bones, seemingly appearing out of nowhere, eye “bags” and “turkey” necks disappear, we all had brighter and fresher complexions and firmer, tighter skin, it was fantastic!
