2nd announcement..very sadly and with a heavy heart unless we get a new influx of ladies wanting to try rebounder classes on a Tuesday morning at 9 I am going to stop running them . It's a shame as its a fantastic way of exercising, kind on the joints and beneficial as we get older for all sorts of reasons . Last call 😟

Hi ladies, a couple of announcements

We have 1 place left on the workshop on Wednesday 2 til 4 . We are making body wash, body scrub and shower fizzers . We have fizz nibbles and cake . The last workshop was such fun and everyone enjoyed themselves .

Back by popular demand . We have 3 places left on our xmas skincare workshop. Come and make your own natural skincare products and also some bathbomb xmas gifts (with giftboxes) . Recipes you can re use yourself time and again. Fizz, cake and a fun afternoon.

New September timetable which as you can see there are 2 further Pilates classes as we are struggling to keep up with demand. The Monday and Thursday ones are quite full , so you now have other options

If you prefer Monday and Thursday with Lisa and are struggling to get a place you can book 4 weeks in advance but you would have to pay at the time of booking and if you don't come you lose the payment

The cost of donations for classes will be 4 euro and I really hope you agree that that is acceptable from 1st September

Finally , if possible we respectfully ask if when you pay you could avoid anything lower than 50cents 🙏

Hi Ladies we have a few spaces left for the October workshop . We put the workshops on to bring you something else , a time to relax but also learn/do something wellness /health related. We strive to keep costs as low as possible covering workshop ingredients and and refreshments and fizz . So please support us to support you ..

So Ladies, I've had a thought . Whilst we are very good our husbands/partners often neglect exercise and keeping themselves in shape. Also there isnt much around for men. I've just done a bounce class this morning for my husband who found it hard work but enjoyed it..I wondered if there were 5 other men out there that would like to join him (he certainly wouldn't come to a ladies class) who knows once they get to know each other a game of pool and a coffee after maybe (on his new pool table ...yes he's stolen studio 2) ha ha ...I was thinking Saturday morning ? Let me know if your husbands are at all interested ..
