Flore is a qualified and experienced Ayurvedic practitioner and lecturer, Somatic Sexologist and Tantra teacher. She graduated as a doctor in Ayurvedic medicine from Thames Valley University, London, UK, and followed her medical internship in a renowned Ayurvedic hospi
tal, Arya Vaidya Chikitsalayam, in South India. She is also a tantra teacher with more than a decade of personal practice in various tantra schools across Europe, and completed her diploma as a somatic sexologist with the Australian Institute of Somatic Sexology. She is a full member of the two leading associations of recognised Ayurvedic practitioners in England: APA (Association of Ayurvedic Practitioners) and BAAAP (British Association of Accredited Ayurvedic Practitioners) and a member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association. She founded her own clinic and business in 2006 with the goals to promote Ayurvedic living and help awaken people to their highest potential through the pleasure of health. Flore is also a Reiki master, aromatherapist and reflexology practitioner and instructor. She has been practicing health counselling for more than 20 years in Europe, Africa and India. It is Flore’s strong belief that Ayurveda offers concrete tools with which the world can be transformed, starting from the self. Through a way of life tuned in with one’s own and nature’s cycles, we gain deeper physical, mental, emotional and social balance. In turn, we begin to gain a more profound respect for all life, and for the earth itself. Her dream is to build and hold a community aspiring to lasting health and deep pleasure of the self and of the world.
