Received this today so chuffed for my French client who was desperate to stop smoking. Even made the effort to write in English. Love my clients!
Hey Matt how are you ? Fine I suppose. I'm very happy to stop cigarette. Thanks a lot. You make me shopping cigarette. Now I walk 15 kms without problem. I Can run . I Can swim. It makes me happy.
Bon mon anglais n'est pas top mais j'essaye.... Merci de m'avoir fait arrêter la cigarette. Je ne te remercierai jamais assez. Je refais des randos de 15 km. Je reviens nager, courir .. enfin bref je revis et je profite à nouveau de la vie et tout cela sans avoir pris un seul kilo. Je n'ai qu'un regret c'est de ne pas être allé te voir plutôt. Merci pour tout. Belle journée à toi.

I've been working with this guy for about two months and he's just sent me This. So happy he's turning his life around.

Iv been working with mat for around 3 months now, I would have never of thought that this would be the thing that changed the way I think and ultimately changed my life.
Iv tried all the different therapy’s and all they done was help me understand what was wrong, but not how to deal with it.
Mat has helped me undercover what lays deep inside my subconscious and helped me understand why I kept going back to old behaviour and habits.
I wanted to be the best parent and the best partner and although I had these intentions I couldn’t see them through and would always end up back inside my own head, after working with mat he has reprogrammed the way I talk to myself.
All my insecurities that Iv had for years and I thought where normal have dissipated. I no longer worry about things I don’t need to worry about. 99% of my intrusive thoughts have gone, I wake up in a good mood and I’m not held back by my own thoughts. My life has changed massively in the last few months and everyone around me has noticed it.
Il continue to work with mat and see what is next for me, but so far I’m over the moon.
