Paragon Holistique offer Body Groove Dance Classes, Meditation Classes, Angelic Reiki Healing, Crystal Therapy Healing, Chakra Dancing, Drumming Circles and Sistership Circles in France. Holistic therapies are often overlooked but they can be so useful in reducing the symptoms, and assisting in the healing related to so many conditions. They can help to boost our immune system too, which can have such a positive effect on your life and your life choices. Stress can be a major factor in many illnesses, and the world seems to spin faster and faster every year! The demands on our time seem to be endless and these stresses can make the body vulnerable to all sorts of infections by depressing the body's immune system. Through dance, meditation, Angelic Reiki, Crystal Healing and Drumming, we aim to help you achieve a calmer you, a healthier you, and a more content you. We can’t delete all stress in our lives but by teaching you the tools you need to deal with these stressful situations can help you to lead a more complete and satisfying life. We recommend you consult with your health care provider before attending any of out classes or workshops.
