About me & my passion for Reiki & Crystals. My passion for health and healing began over 20 years ago when I was diagnosed with IBS and acute stress, and wanted to find out the cause and treat that, not just the symptoms. I started meditation classes and researching different approaches to health and wellness, this led me to study Reiki in the spring of 2000 and became a Reiki Master in 2005. As a mother of 3 children I have used both Crystals and Reiki to help my own children to overcome illness and allergies, combined with diet and nutrition and intuition. Reiki is a holistic therapy that addresses the body, mind & spirit going beyond symptoms to treat the root cause of the dis-ease. Crystals have a gentle but profound healing and have been used since the dawn of time in indeginous cultures around the world and their power should not be underestimated. Crystals have an amazing power and must be used by only qualified practitioners and can have an profound and gentle effect on the body. Crystals can assist the practitioner reach a level of vibration, therefore harmonising our bodies, resulting in an inner and outer balance.
